Hi
I went to see Gary Numan with my 9 year old son, Harry, on the 10th March and I just wanted to pass my thanks to a gentleman called Steve who 1. made Harry feel welcome and 2. got him a place to view on the raised area by the mixing desk. This gesture added to a fantastic night which we both enjoyed. I have always enjoyed coming to the civic and will always try to see bands here rather than elsewhere due to this professional attitude that is so sadly lacking at other venues. Will be back for Van Der Graaf in April. Thanks again. Dominic & Harry.

I witnessed a remarkable night of nostalgia at a jam-packed Wulfrun on Monday March 10th because Gary Numan was with us.
Gary fifty this month, turned this Replicas tour concert into a harvest of memories, as the crowd sang and swayed to the opening chords of each song.
Mr Numan has been an entertainer since the early seventies, and I know he will agree he has his best band to date. Their discipline and hard work enhances the performance of this showman.
The groups music genre(s) are a mixture of electronic, experimental, synth pop, synth rock, new wave and dark wave. By the way there are no ear piercing sounds that would have caused Quasimodo to seek an exit!
The songs from the album plus B-sides from the singles are as crisp and as fresh as ever.
No Antiques road show this!
These are just some of the classics, Down in the park, Are friends electric, The macman, We are so fragile, Prayer for the unborn, you are in my vision, Cars Etc, hurry back Gary, we miss you already!
Regards
Harry Everitt
