Growing up in a Yorkshire mining village, a young Michael Parkinson dreamed of playing cricket for England, becoming Humphrey Bogart and kissing Lauren Bacall. Well at least he managed that last wish…

Featuring handpicked highlights from his favourite interviews, and long lost footage of his encounter with John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Sir Michael will provide a unique insight into just what it was like to sit in that chair.
