SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES ia a once-in-a-lifetime event, bringing together two genres that, while different, share the same passion, power and dynamics that will make this a night to remember!
INME- InMe are an English alternative rock band based in Brentwood, Essex. To date, the band have released 4 highly successful studio albums spawning a number of Top 40 UK singles and years of touring and playing great shows and festivals around the UK, Europe and the world. InMe have toured with the likes of Nickelback, Limp Bizkit, Pendulum, Deftones, Serj Tankian, Staind, Feeder and Biffy Clyro as well as having played massive festivals such as Reading, Sonisphere, Download & Summer Breeze. The ENID Formed among friends in 1974 The Enid invented a school of intelligent, powerful and romantic popular music which is unique to them. The Enid "school of art" for want of a better description, is free from constraints of template rock/pop where rhythm, harmony and melody are invariably dictated by the traditions, prejudices and limitations associated with style. The Enid were the first band to be funded entirely by their fans. This was a revolutionary concept when first deployed and led to the current situation with bands as diverse as Marillion, Radiohead and Hawkwind following this lead. A glimpse of the history of a band once described by Tommy Vance on BBC Radio One as the "biggest cult band in Europe".
In the 80's The Enid got kicked off the Glastonbury CND festivalwhen Godfrey pointed out that the then owners of EMI made parts for nuclear missiles. The band still holds the record for the most encores at Reading Festival which they have played five times. £80, 000 was donated to the band in a carrier bagby a fan in the 1980's. The band came to the attention of MI5 at the height of the Cruise Missile crises in 1984. In 2009 - after a 10 year break - founder members Robert John Godfrey and Dave Storey put together a new band. Since then The Enid has had fantastic receptions in gigs all over the UK, in Europe and the in USA. The youngest member, a talented vocalist aged 23, joins the band for the 13th studio album - Invicta - due out in 2012. JOYKILL- Joykill are a bunch of DIY shadowy anti-corporate, anti-capitalist, anti-whatever-else-you've-got chaps from Northampton, UK. Their material ranges from scratchy acoustic tracks to massive metal epics. They are out to make an impact.
