    YOU AND WHAT ARMY are Dave Brown (Vocals, Synths), Kieran Smith (Vocals, Guitar), Jamie Hancox (Bass) and Zak Hammond (Drums). Four lads that blend Rap, Rock, Rave to make a unique sound with a fearless, unique and energetic stage show.

Four lads that blend Rap, Rock, Rave to make a unique sound with a fearless, unique and energetic stage show. When You And What Army take to the stage, the build up of synths and the sheer power, energy and ferocious playing when they kick in is like being stabbed with pure adrenaline and instantly wanting to move, jump, dance and get involved!
    YAWA are in their second year and in this time they have gigged up and down  the UK  and shared the stage with such acts as; Hadouken, My Passion, Chase & Status, Family Force Five, Example, Kids In Glass Houses and Boys Like Girls.
    2010 seen You And What Army enter the Red Bull Bedroom Jam competition and judges; Andy Copping (Download Festival), Darren Taylor (Rock Sound Editor), Beckie Sugden (The Agency Group) and Charlie Simpson (Fightstar) selected You And What Army to play Download Festival, Sonisphere Festival, T in the Park Festival, Underage Festival and Hevy Festival. They we're then selected by the same four judges to go through to the finals against two other bands and won on an online vote. In October 2010, YAWA went into the Red Bull Studios London and recorded a 4 track EP and were tour support for Kids In Glass Houses in November 2010 and main support for Chase and Status.
    Into the start of 2011 and You And What Army are plastered in all the magazines from winning the Red Bull Bedroom Jam and featured in February 2011 issue of Rock Sound with a CD cover mount (available now) and have confirmed appearances at this summerâ;;;??s festivals which include, OsFest (www.osfest.co.uk) Camden Crawl (www.thecamdencrawl.com) and some major festivals between June and August.
