Accessibility
Access and Parking
Disabled parking can be found in Broad Street car park, Railway Street car park and Fryer Street car park. These are all within 100yds of the venue.
Access to The Little Civic is gained through our front doors off Broad Street, which are up a few steps, however, if alternative access is needed, there is door with ramped access to the rear of the venue (off Long Street), where staff will be happy to help you.
The Little Civic is accessible on all public levels to wheelchair users via ramps.
Toilets
Disabled toilets are accessible from the venue.
Sound Levels
We take this opportunity to advise customers that they may be subjected to high levels of noise both from the production and also fellow audience members during a performance. Ear defenders are available at all bars.
Visually Impaired Services
Please contact our box office staff when purchasing tickets in order that the most suitable position can be booked for you.
Guide dogs are permitted into the halls, however, we recommend that they are not brought to concerts where high sound levels may upset them.
Lighting
We regret that due to the nature of the events we hold, strobe lighting and smoke are often used. Should you have any specific questions regarding the production of a concert, please contact staff at our box office who will be happy to assist you.

Food and Drink
Snacks are available at most of The Little Civic events, for details on catering at events, please contact the box office. If you have special requirements, please contact the venue ahead of the event.
