Midland Box Office wanted to enhance our customers' abilitity to purchase and receive tickets, as well as gain quicker entry into the venues. To do this they have taken advantage of the latest in ticketing technology, and are acheiving a first by offering customers both home printing and delivery of tickets to mobile phones. The barcode technology involved makes each ticket uniquely identifiable and therefore , more secure , thus helping to reduce fraud.

Customers now have the choice to print their tickets at home, or receive tickets on their mobile phones. Those who choose Tickets@Phone will receive tickets on their mobile phones via MMS. The digital tickets includes all the necessary ticket information on a unique barcode that is scanned from the mobile phone display at the venue entrance.
