A hearing loop is installed at Wolves Civic Hall.

Please contact the Box Office when booking your tickets, as they will be able to seat you nearest to the loop.

Once in the venue, please switch your hearing aid to T.

We take this opportunity to advise customers that they may be subjected to high levels of noise from both the production and fellow audience members during the performance. Ear defenders are available at all bars.

Guide dogs are permitted into the venue; however, we recommend that they are not brought to concerts where high sound levels may upset them unless they have ear protection.

Due to the nature of the events we hold light levels can alter dramatically and strobe lighting and smoke are often used.

Should you have any show specific questions regarding the effects used please contact our Box Office who will be happy to assist you.
