Q: How do I get to The Civic Halls?

Q: What is the venue's smoking policy?
A: In line with the law, all of our venues are non smoking. Smoking is not be permitted in any area within the Civic Hall, Wulfrun Hall, The Slade Rooms or The Little Civic. As a result of cusotmer demand, Wolves Civic now offers a passout system for smokers at many of it's events. Customers purchase a wristband from staff at the venue on the night, which gives them the right to exit the veues anytime until the main artist takes to the stage. Wristbands cost £1, and are valid for the event. This price covers the staffing costs associated with operating the system, with any surplus being donated to the RNLI.

Q: What is the Civic/Wulfrun and Little Civic's ID Policy?
A: Anyone who looks to be under the age of 21 years will be challenged to prove their age to buy alcohol. Accepted forms of ID are: Driver's license & Passport (No Portman Group ID's will be accepted)

Q: What is Challenge 21?
A: If you are lucky enough to look under 21, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18, when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol. Only acceptable forms of proof are: Photocard Driving Licence and Passport

Q: Where do I collect my tickets from?
A: All tickets can be collected from the Box Office window inside the venue on the night of the show.

Q: What are your terms and conditions of sale?
A: The Venue Management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises, to:- i. Advise customers that any complaints regarding the show or view from the seats should be made to the Duty Manager promptly, prior to or during the performance/event/exhibition. ii. Refuse to exchange, refund or duplicate this ticket, refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises, search the ticket holder, or request the ticket holder to leave the premises and take any appropriate measures to enforce such request. iii. Eject or seek to prosecute any person who causes injury e.g. surfers, stage divers, drunkards. iv. Not allow the use of any camera, audio equipment or mobile phone. Video surveillance equipment is in use and data is used in accordance with Data Protection Act. The venue owns the rights to any visual image generated in the halls involving the ticket holder. By attending the event you consent to being filmed/recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment. v. Cancel or abandon the performance, change the bill, programme timings or customer seating where necessary without compensation for damages consequential or otherwise. vi. Insist that under 16's are accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age - no more than 3 minors per adult. No under 5's. vii. Advise customers that the Box Office primarily acts as an agent of sale. viii. Advise customers that the terms and conditions of this ticket are contractual and to revoke their obligation to return their ticket within 4 days of purchase. ix. Advise customers that high levels of noise could damage hearing. Ear plugs can be purchased from the venue. x. Tickets are sold for private use and we monitor their sale and resale. If we have reason to believe that tickets are being resold, we may invalidate them without compensation and refuse entry to the premises. xi. Only food and drink purchased from the venue may be consumed on the premises. No drinks containers are permitted on the premises. xii. Your details may be shared with the promoter/agent of the event. xiii. Require latecomers to wait for a suitable break in performance determined by the hall manager before being admitted. xiv. Please inform us at the time of booking if you need wheelchair space or have other specific personal requirements, so we can make the necessary arrangements on your arrival. Q: Does the Wolves Civic have access for disabled people?
A: All our venues have access for disabled people. Where appropriate we have installed wheelchair ramps, toilets and designated viewing areas for auditoriums.

Q: How do I book disabled tickets?

Q: How do I get into the Civic Hall in my wheelchair?
A: There is ramped access to the left of the main doors of the Civic Hall, once inside, there is a customer lift to the right, which gives access to all balcony areas. The ground floor of the Civic Hall is all on one level. For more details on access, please visit Civic Hall Accessibility.

Q: How do I get into the Wulfrun Hall in my wheelchair?
A: There is ramped access to the rear of the Wulfrun Hall where staff will be happy to guide you into the hall. Once inside the Wulfrun Hall, all areas are on one level. For more details on access, please visit Wulfrun Hall Accessibility.

Q: How do I get into the Little Civic in my wheelchair?
A: Whilst there is access to the Little Civic via the side door. we regret that there are two flights of stairs to reach the Little Civic concert venue. For more details on access. please visit Little Civic Accessibility.

Q: Do you offer student discounts?
A: Not all of our events offer discounts to NUS card holders. However many of our events do have special offers, such as our club nights or record fairs. Please check the information for a particular event in order to ascertain whether the event we are holding has discounts for students. Q: Is there an age limit for concerts?
A: The general ruling for the Civic and Wulfrun Halls, is that anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (over 21) with no more than 3 minors per adult (please see terms and conditions), however, some show specify an additional age limit (for example over 18?d only for some comedy performances), so please ensure you read all the show details when you book. To attend a concert at the Little Civic you must be over the age of 14.

Q: Can I buy food at the concert?
A: The Civic Hall serves hot and cold snacks from the bar in the corridor to the right of the main auditorium.

Q: Is there a dress code at Blast Off / Other Club nights?
A: Customers are asked not to wear football shirts to our club nights.

Q: When should I make a complaint?
A: If you have a complaint about your view of the event, please contact the Duty Manager immediately, who will try to resolve the problem.
