Q: How do I get to The Civic Halls?

Q: What's the venue's smoking policy?
A: Smoking is not permitted in any of our venues. A 'pass out' system is in operation at many of our events. Valid for that event only, a wristband can be purchased for £1 which gives the purchaser permission o exit the venue at anytime until the main artist takes to the stage. The £1 charge covers staffing costs associated with operating the system, with surplus being donated to the RNLI.

Q: What's the Wolves Civic, Wulfrun Hall and The Slade Rooms ID Policy?
A: We follow 'Challenge 21' If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 21, you will be asked to prove you are over 18 when purchasing alcohol. Accepted forms of ID are a photo card drivers' licence or passport only.

Q: Where do I collect my tickets from?
A: For all our venues, tickets can be collected from the Box Office inside the venue on the night of the show. If you have purchased print at home tickets, please print your tickets ready for when you arrive at the venue.

Q: Are Wolves Civic Hall, Wulfrun Hall and The Slade Rooms accessible?
A: All our venues are accessible. Where appropriate, we have installed infrastructure and facilities such as wheelchair ramps, accessible toilets, induction loops and designated viewing areas. For more information please see our Accessibility Information by clicking on the venue you are visiting.

Q: Do you offer student discounts?
A: Many of our events, such as club nights and record fairs, do have special offers. Please check the events information page to see if a discount is available before booking your ticket. Q: Is there an age limit for concerts?
A: At Wolves Civic Hall and Wulfrun Hall anyone under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (over 21) with no more than 3 minors per adult. To attend a concert at The Slade Rooms you must be over the age of 14. (please see terms and conditions) However, for some events the promoter will specify additional age limits (for example over 18s comedy shows) We always recommend checking the events information page to confirm any age limits before booking your ticket.

Q: Is there a dress code at Blast Off / Cheeky Monkey / Other Club nights?
A: Customers are asked not to wear football shirts to our club nights.

Q: When should I make a complaint?
